The health, safety, and overall wellbeing of our Ragdoll kittens are extremely important to us. We are committed to raising healthy, well-socialized kittens and proudly provide a health guarantee to offer reassurance and confidence to every adopting family.

Genetic Health Commitment

All of our breeding cats are carefully selected and health-tested before becoming part of our breeding program. We screen for hereditary conditions commonly associated with the Ragdoll breed, including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), to help reduce the risk of inherited health issues in future generations.

Each Ragdoll kitten is guaranteed to be free from serious life-threatening genetic or congenital disorders for a period of one year from the date of adoption. Our breeding practices are centered around improving breed health, maintaining strong bloodlines, and producing kittens with stable temperaments and sound physical condition.

Veterinary Care Before Adoption

Before leaving for their new homes, every kitten receives professional veterinary care and a complete wellness examination. Kittens are provided with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, parasite prevention, and a full health assessment to confirm they are healthy and developing properly.

New owners receive detailed veterinary records documenting all care and treatments completed prior to adoption.

Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of the health guarantee, we ask that new owners continue routine veterinary care after bringing their kitten home. This includes regular wellness exams, proper nutrition, recommended vaccinations, and preventative care.

We also encourage owners to contact us promptly if any health concerns arise so that guidance and support can be provided as early as possible.

Guarantee Terms

In the unlikely event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious hereditary or congenital condition covered under this guarantee during the coverage period, written veterinary documentation and diagnostic reports must be provided for review.

Once verified, we will work closely with the family to determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement kitten of equal value or another mutually agreed solution. Our goal is always to handle every situation with fairness, compassion, and transparency.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover illnesses, injuries, or conditions caused by accidents, neglect, environmental exposure, poor nutrition, or improper care after the kitten leaves our home. Minor treatable conditions that do not significantly affect the kitten’s long-term quality of life are also excluded.

The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any unauthorized breeding without written approval may also void the guarantee.

Lifetime Support and Commitment

Our responsibility to our kittens does not end once they leave our care. We are committed to providing ongoing support to our kitten families throughout the life of their Ragdoll. Whether you have questions about nutrition, behavior, grooming, or general care, we are always happy to help.

If at any point an owner is unable to keep their cat, we request that the Ragdoll be returned to us rather than surrendered or rehomed elsewhere. This policy helps ensure the continued safety and wellbeing of every kitten we raise.
